How long does it take to fill my order?
We fill orders Monday through Friday. All orders placed before 2:00 pm CST will be filled and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be filled and shipped the next business day. We do not fill orders on Saturday or Sunday.

How long will it take for me to get my order?
Our primary method of shipping is the US Postal Service. Postal delivery times vary depending on how it is being shipped and where it is going. Generally US orders sent First Class Mail can take 3-4 days and International orders sent First Class Mail International can take 6-14 days. Priority and Express Mail service offer faster deliver times. Priority Mail to US customers can take 2-3 days. Express Mail for US customers is a guaranteed delivery service generally providing next day delivery – however in some cases it is second day delivery. You will be notified of your guaranteed delivery time once the order has been shipped by the post office. Priority Mail International can take 5-10 days. Express Mail International takes 5-8 days but has a tracking number and is guaranteed in some countries like Spain, Japan and United Kingdom.

Can I track my order?
All US orders are sent with Delivery Confirmation. At the time of shipping you will be sent an email with the Delivery Confirmation number. International orders sent First Class Mail International (including all FREE SHIPPING orders) or Priority mail International DO NOT have a tracking number. International orders sent by Express Mail or Registered will have a tracking number. This tracking number will be sent to you by email at the time of shipping.

Where do I send payment or cards I am selling to you?
Our mailing address is Lotus Vault, 3015 Utah Ave S, Saint Louis Park, MN, 55426. Within 24 of placing the order, you will receive an email with complete instructions concerning check, money order and buy list orders.

Can I use my Credit Card to pay for my order?
Yes. When checking out, select Paypal as the method of payment. You can pay via credit card through Paypal. In the near future, we will accept credit card payments direct and you can pay by credit card by simply clicking on the credit card option.

What if I’m sent the wrong card or a card is missing?
Although all orders are checked and re-checked, occasionally a mistake can happen. Our policy is to immediately correct any mistake we make to your satisfaction. Contact us by phone or email and provide us details of the error along with your name, date the order was placed, order number and email address. The correct cards will be shipped out by the next business day. In some cases we may be out of certain cards. In that case you will receive the appropriate refund.

It’s taking longer than normal for my order to arrive. Is it lost?
Once an order is turned over to the post office, delivery time is out of our hands. As excellent as the USPS is, sometimes there are errors and delays. These errors include packages getting caught in sorting machines, left in a bag or rerouted to a different facility. If you believe your order may be lost in the mail, please contact us. We will provide you with some possible solutions that have worked for past customers. It is not uncommon for an order to be delayed an additional 2-4 weeks and still show up. If it looks like an order may be lost in the mail, we will ask you to give an additional 2-4 weeks for a domestic order to show up or 4-8 weeks for an international order to show up. At the end of this waiting period, if the order is lost we will work with you to come up with a fair solution to the situation.

Your site is only letting me order 4 maximum of a particular card. Can I order more than 4?
Under normal circumstances we limit a purchase to 4 of any one card. If you wish to purchase more than 4, please place another order to purchase the additional copies you need. We will refund any shipping charges you incur for this second transaction.

I just submitted my order, but forgot to order a few cards. Can I get these cards without paying more for shipping?
If the status of your order is “Submitted” or “Processing,” you can place a second order for the cards you forgot and we will refund any shipping charge you paid for the second order. Please include an explanation of the second order in the comments / instruction area or send us an email. If the status of your order is “Shipped,” we have already sent your order and will not be able to refund the shipping charges of the second order.

When will the Buy List be active?
Very soon.

Do you buy collections?
We are always buying collections. Please provide us with as complete of a description as you can of the collection – number of rares, number of commons/uncommon, range of sets included, condition, etc. We have found a spreadsheet listing the rares to be a valuable tool in facilitating a quick evaluation of a collection. Provide us with your phone number. If we are interested in your collection, you will be contacted by phone to discuss setting up the transaction.

Do you sell foil versions of cards?
We have a wide assortment of Foils. On the left hand bar, select FOIL as the version, instead of NORMAL and then you will be filtering for foils.

I live in Minnesota and since you are located in Minnesota, can I pick up my order instead of having it mailed to me?
No. Since we have no storefront, all orders will be mailed out. Usually USPS delivery in Minnesota arrives the next day.

When will some of the other products listed on your home page be available for sale?
Magic the Gathering supplies like sleeves and deck boxes will be available for sale very soon. We will be adding other products shortly after that and should have all items listed available for sale within the next six months.
